ASPEX Stone is looking for an organised, commercially minded person to help keep our projects moving — from plans and pricing through to production and installation.
The Role
- Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations
- Review plans, measurements, specifications and material requirements
- Coordinate jobs from quote acceptance through to production and installation
- Follow up suppliers, material pricing and coordinate check measures and project scheduling
- Liaise with clients, builders, designers, suppliers and the ASPEX team
- Keep project documentation, timelines and outstanding actions organised
You’ll suit ASPEX if you
- Are highly organised, proactive and strong on the details
- Are confident with numbers, plans and managing multiple priorities
- Communicate professionally and enjoy working with clients and trades
- Take ownership and follow things through rather than waiting to be told
- Value quality, craftsmanship and doing things properly
- Work well in a small, close-knit team
Experience in stone, construction, joinery, cabinetry, interiors or a related industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
