About the role

HTCL Cleaners is seeking reliable, motivated cleaners to join our growing team in Perth’s northern suburbs. This is a permanent employment position offering stability, consistent weekly hours, and a supportive team environment.

You’ll service regular residential clients, working independently and within a close‑knit crew that values professionalism, care, and attention to detail. All cleaning products and equipment are provided, and scheduling is managed through our easy-to-use app.

- Deliver high‑quality residential cleaning services
- Maintain professionalism and reliability with clients
- Follow company procedures and uphold HTCL Cleaners’ standards
- Manage daily schedule through our company app
- Use company‑provided cleaning products and equipment

Requirements

You must:

- Hold a valid driver’s licence and have a reliable vehicle




- Be physically capable of detailed cleaning work
- Be reliable and consistently on time
- Take pride in your work — effort and detail matter
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Provide a current police clearance
- Have at least 1 year of residential cleaning experience
- Be comfortable working independently and within a team
