As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve protected and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plansBuild strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomesDeliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomesMonitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes

The requirements:
Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Osteopath or Registered NurseRegistration with the relevant Professional Body; AHPRA or ESSAFull Australian work rights + Australian Driver's Licence
