Sunshine Coast Shade Sails Pty Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Installer Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who can organise our installation crews, manage workloads and make sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.
The role includes:
- Managing installation teams
- Organising daily workloads and jobs
- Communicating with customers and the office
- Assisting with site measurements and installations
- Organising materials, tools and equipment
- Ensuring jobs are completed safely and to our high standards
- Problem-solving on site when things don’t go to plan
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience in construction, carpentry, shade sails or a similar industry
• Can confidently lead a team
• Is organised and reliable
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is comfortable working on site and making decisions
• Takes pride in delivering quality work
