YOUR NEW ROLE

As a key lawyer reporting to a top calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their medical negligence claims.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

If you desire a HYBRID role, scope to practice a bit in another area of personal injury law eg public liability (subject to your experience).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are an admitted solicitor in NSW + have minimum 3-20+ YEARS experience in personal injury law including in medical negligence (essential);
- have strong legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric and results- driven;
