YOUR NEW ROLE

As one of the firm's valued lawyers, reporting to a top calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their statutory WC, common law WID and also some 'spin off' public liability claims.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are an admitted solicitor in NSW + have minimum 2+ YEARS experience (up to senior associate) in plaintiff personal injury law actively managing statutory workers compensation (essential)+ common law work injury damages (preferable);
- have strong legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric and results- driven;
- are ambitious+commercially astute;
- have proven ability to work well in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
