YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to & being mentored by an industry-leading stand-out ACCREDITED SPECIALIST partner, you will love the stimulation+challenge+ satisfaction of working on complex medical negligence and institutional abuse litigation cases obtaining justice for injured clients.
You will be liaising with clients/doctors/solicitors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, briefs to counsel, file and diary management, time recording/billing and attending settlement conferences/mediations and court hearings.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- an admitted lawyer in NSW;
- have (pre and/or post-admission in total) MINIMUM 12 months experience (or MORE) in personal injury law including in some: 1) medical negligence and 2) abuse
- have solid academics+ Microsoft Office skills;
- have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced deadline driven environment;
- are ambitious+ results-driven with a high work ethic;
- have outstanding communication, time prioritisation+ people skills;
