WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min 2+ years (or more) post qualification experience in commercial litigation;
- Have solid experience drafting pleadings/affidavits+ litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
- have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
