YOUR NEW ROLE
In this KEY role, reporting to and being mentored by a TEAM LEADER solicitor, you will enjoy the challenge+ satisfaction of doing justice for your plaintiff clients focusing mainly on workers compensation plus some public liability and work injury damages.
You will be actively involved in case management of legal cases from start to finish.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are admitted lawyer in NSW (or soon to be)+have MINIMUM 1 year+ (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience including in NSW statutory workers compensation(essential) and preferably (not essential)in public liability and/or common law work injury damages;
- have a strong understanding of relevant NSW workers compensation legislation/court practice+procedure, litigation experience+ strong communication, advocacy and people skills;
- are proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude;
- are hungry to further advance your career long-term with a rapid-growing national plaintiff firm that invests in their staff long-term.
