YOUR ROLE
In this KEY role reporting to 2 partners, you will love the CHALLENGE+SATISFACTION of helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their:
You will get ‘front-end’ hands-on experience (managing your own files) including:
- obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting pleadings/submissions/statements/court docs, briefing counsel and attending court/mediation/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a NSW admitted lawyer with minimum 2 years (pre+post-admission) OR MORE (up to very senior) PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience managing cases;
- have had experience in EITHER CTP OR Workers compensation OR both;
- have robust Microsoft Office (including Word) skills;
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
- can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
- are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
