YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY valued role, being the right hand to the HEAD senior personal injury team leader lawyer, you will love the variety + immense satisfaction assisting to obtain justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their :

- Workers Compensation/Work injury damages;
- Public Liability claims.

You will be actively involved in clients’ cases. Specifically, you will be:

- Liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors, undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel, filing/general administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are EITHER: 1) a career legal secretary/paralegal OR 2) law student not due to get admitted for at least 2 years+;
- can work FULL-TIME;
- have minimum 1.5 years OR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
- have had some workers compensation/work injury damages experience (essential) + preferably other areas of personal injury law eg public liability[not essential) ;
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
- can work in a vibrant, fast-paced workplace;
- are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
