Currently undergoing an exciting huge growth phase, we’re looking to onboard an ambitious personal injury lawyer seeking variety+advancement.

YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY role, reporting to an outstanding Senior Managing Solicitor, you will love the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of fighting to do full justice for your plaintiff clients in a unique ‘mixed’ role consisting of CTP/public liability/workers compensation+work injury damages/medical negligence/TPD/abuse cases.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are an admitted solicitor with MINIMUM 2 years PAE (up to senior associate) hands-on personal injury law experience in at least 2 or MORE of: 1) CTP; 2) WC/WID; 3) Public/occupiers liability; 4) medical negligence; 5) child sex abuse; 6) TPD;
- have strong technical legal research/drafting +negotiation+ advocacy skills with high attention to detail;
- are client-centric +deadline driven;
- love to work in a busy, fast-paced environment;
