Reporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice/resolving disputes for high-end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including:

- Drafting/advising regarding by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/ licences;
- Property/ construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are EITHER a transactional/advisory PROPERTY AND/OR CONSTRUCTION solicitor AND/OR LITIGATION solicitor [litigating property/construction/strata disputes] with minimum 4 - 15+years’ experience;
- have had some exposure to strata issues and/or acted for strata industry clients;
