YOUR ROLE

In this KEY valued role, you will love the CHALLENGE+ immense SATISFACTION of being the RIGHT HAND to the managing partner helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their:

- CTP (motor vehicle accidents);
- workers compensation & work injury damages claims.

You will get ‘front-end’ hands-on BROAD-SPECTRUM experience (managing your own files) including:

- obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting pleadings/submissions/statements/court docs, briefing counsel and attending court/mediation/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are a NSW admitted lawyer with minimum 3 years OR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
- have had CTP AND workers compensation/work injury damages experience and preferably (but not essential) also TPD (total permanent disablement);
- have strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills;
- have solid communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
- can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
- are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
