YOUR ROLE

As the 2IC of the winning FINANCE TEAM (of 7), reporting to the CEO and CFO with the support of 1 accounts assistant, you will love the CHALLENGE+DIVERSITY+AUTONOMY being ‘hands-on’ engaging in:

- financial and management reporting, trust accounting, budgets and forecasts, cashflows, PAYG, payroll, variance analysis, superannuation, workers compensation, BAS and GST;
- corporate governance/legal regulatory compliance;
- mentoring junior team members; ;
- assisting the CFO with adhoc projects.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are degree qualified + have MINIMUM 3-10 years hands-on financial/management accounting experience;
- Are CA/CPA qualified (preferable not essential);
- have worked in a law or accounting firm or other skilled services with experience in trust accounts (preferable);
- have strong technical skills in both financial and management accounting+ proven commercial acumen +ability to add value to a business;
- have proven ability to thrive in a busy multi-tasking environment.
