The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial Adviser or Financial Planning leader to take responsibility for the performance, growth and future direction of an established advice division.

Working within an integrated financial services firm, you will combine high-level client advice with leadership of the Financial Planning team, business development, referral management and divisional performance.

This is not simply a senior adviser position.
You will have genuine responsibility for shaping the Financial Planning business and building on an established internal referral network.

The Role

- Lead, mentor and develop the Financial Planning team
- Manage and advise key client relationships
- Provide high-quality strategic financial advice
- Drive new business through internal and professional referral networks
- Build strong relationships across accounting and associated professional services teams
- Take responsibility for divisional performance, revenue and growth
- Maintain strong advice, compliance and governance standards within the AFSL framework
- Identify opportunities to improve advice processes and client outcomes
- Contribute to the broader strategic direction of the business

About You




You will be an experienced Financial Adviser with the commercial maturity and leadership capability to take responsibility for a Financial Planning division.

- Strong experience providing comprehensive financial advice
- Current experience operating within an AFSL environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain client relationships
- Strong commercial and business development capability
- Leadership, mentoring or team management experience
- Confidence working with accountants and other professional referral partners
- High professional and ethical standards
- A genuine interest in building and growing an advice business

This position could suit an existing Head of Financial Planning, Practice Manager / Senior Adviser, or an experienced Senior Financial Adviser ready to step into broader leadership.
