cmr has partnered with a leading regional health service to engage an experienced Mental Health Clinician for the following, full-time permanent opportunity based in in the Portland area.

Working in the adult community mental health team, this role is best suited to a Social Worker, Psychologist, RN, or Counsellor with strong public mental health experience, particularly in community settings.

Key duties:

- Completing mental health assessments.
- Managing a community caseload.
- Provide recovery oriented care.
- Deliver outreach support.
- Work collaberatibley with an multidiciplinary team.

Requirements:

- Eligibilty for membership with AASW, or current registration with relevant body.
- Minimum 2 years' mental health experience.
