Are you a skilled barista with a passion for making coffee and creating an inclusive, welcoming space for all? All Things Equal is looking for a dedicated and friendly barista to join our team.

All Things Equal is a social enterprise empowering people with disability through award wage employment, purposeful training, and pathways to rewarding careers in hospitality. We exist to bridge the gap between people with disability and the wider community. In four short years, we have delivered training to 84+ participants, provided employment for 31 young people with disability, paid over $600,000 in award wages, and seen 11 trainees secure employment with mainstream employers.
We're entering an exciting period of growth and opening a cafe in Hawthorn in September. This is a unique prospect for a superstar Barista to join our team and make a real impact from day one.
You'll be part of a close-knit crew committed to great coffee and an even better experience for our customers and trainees alike.
What We’re Looking For:

Specialty coffee experience, with atleast 1 year of barista experience




A solid understanding of dialling in - recipes, dose, yield and all the rest
Friendly and attentive with customers and teammates
Kind-hearted and patient, with the ability to crush service times
You bring warmth, energy, and genuine care to every interaction.

What we're offering

16-20 hours per week, with availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
