Are you seeking a role with no billable targets, complete control over your schedule, and comprehensive clinical support?

Speech To You is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team. We provide community, clinic, and telehealth services to adults (15+) funded by the NDIS and My Aged Care, supporting individuals with acquired and developmental conditions. Both new graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

What We Need

- Qualifications: Recognized tertiary degree in Speech Pathology (Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility).

- Equipment & Licences: Valid Australian driver’s licence, reliable personal vehicle, computer, and mobile phone.

- Professional Attributes:

- Client-centred clinician dedicated to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload.

- Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and report writing.

- Collaborative approach with the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary network.

- Proficient with digital tools for documentation and telehealth delivery.

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver assessments, evidence-based therapy, and reports across home, office, online, and community settings.

- Support clients to achieve communication and swallowing goals, including AAC resource development.

- Attend videofluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) alongside qualified clinicians as required.

- Collaborate with internal peers and our affiliated Dietitians (The Real Eat) and Occupational Therapists (Occupational Therapy At Home).

- Participate in regular mentoring, clinical supervision, and team case reviews.

Package, Perks, & Support

- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for successful recruits.

- Professional Development: $500 annual budget, 2x paid "Multidisciplinary Lunch & Learns", and 5x paid annual cross-discipline shadow sessions.

- Clinical Supervision: 1:1 orientation shadowing, weekly supervision with a senior clinician, and monthly "Case Collab" team meetings.

- Resources: Personal clinical and dysphagia toolkit provided on day one, plus access to an extensive shared resource drive.

- Peer Network: Immediate access to peer support via team and multidisciplinary WhatsApp groups.

Remuneration & Working Model

We operate on a contractor model to offer higher remuneration, complete autonomy over hours, and no billable targets, reducing the risk of burnout:

- Current Graduate (<12 months): $65.00/hr + 12.0% superannuation ($87,360 equivalent)

- Grade 1 (1+ years experience): $70.00/hr + 12.0% superannuation ($94,080 equivalent)

- Grade 2 (2+ years experience): $75.00/hr + 12.0% superannuation ($100,800 equivalent)
