What you’ll be responsible for:

- Providing leadership to the boutique team, including coaching and performance development
- Overseeing daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and client service standards
- Building and nurturing long‑term client relationships, including driving appointments and exclusive client events
- Developing and empowering a passionate team to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Identifying opportunities to grow the boutique’s performance while maintaining brand excellence
- Collaborating with internal partners and senior leadership to deliver strategic goals

About you:

- Proven leadership experience within luxury or premium retail




- A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and drives results
- Deep understanding of clienteling and delivering elevated customer experiences
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
