Job Description

Previous Genie/Gentu experience preferred

Previous medical reception experience

Oakleigh & Collingwood | 3 Days Per Week | Temporary Assignment.

- Ensure the practitioner is fully supported in the delivery of quality clinical care
- Ensure patients and clients receive the best possible service
- To ensure the running of an effective and effective practice together with the practitioner and other staff
- Scheduling appointments
- Patient quoting, invoicing and receipting
- Manage telephone and email enquiries
- Edit reports through speech recognition program
