We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, located in Windaroo within the Logan Area. The salary for this position is A$90,000 to A$110,000 per year.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our workforce and aligning our HR practices with our overall business objectives. You will work closely with management and staff to foster a high-performance culture suited to the fast-paced building contracting environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement, and review human resources policies and procedures to support Cappah’s operational needs.
- Provide professional advice and support to managers on recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of key HR programs, employee engagement strategies, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and industry standards across all HR operations.
- Assist with day-to-day employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and staff retention strategies.
