Responsibilities:

- End-to-end ownership from pre-construction through to practical completion
- Lead and coordinate site, contracts and project teams
- Manage budgets, programmes, procurement and project delivery
- Manage variations, EOTs, claims and commercial outcomes
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification

About you

- Demonstrated ability in PM or Senior PM capacity managing the delivery of industrial and/or mixed-use construction projects (20mil+).
- Solid understanding of commercial contract governance and relevant risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction or related disciplines.
