Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Property Finance - Queensland

As a Commercial Property Lending Originator at ING, you'll drive new-to-bank business growth across Queensland, targeting the South East Queensland commercial property market. This is a rare opportunity to build a portfolio from the ground up with no inherited back book. You'll have the autonomy to create your own success, backed by a respected national brand, while helping shape ING's future presence across Queensland with a focus on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

- Drive new-to-bank business growth across Queensland, targeting the South East Queensland commercial property market, building a portfolio from scratch
- Be highly visible in market, developing relationships with developers, investors, brokers, accountants, lawyers and other key referral partners
- Generate and convert new business opportunities, creating a sustainable pipeline of quality commercial property lending transactions
- Represent ING in the market and help strengthen our presence across Queensland
- Structure and deliver tailored commercial property lending solutions that support client growth and ING's expansion ambitions

About you

- Proven commercial property lending experience with a strong track record in business development and deal origination
- Well connected across the Queensland market with an established network and strong industry credibility
- A genuine hunter mentality. Someone who is hungry, ambitious and motivated by winning new business




- Comfortable being on the road, building relationships and creating opportunities face-to-face
- A future-focused skilled who can bring new connections, generate leads from day one and help shape the next phase of ING's growth in Queensland
- Commercial property lending experience is essential
- You have a strong network and credibility in the market
- You're willing to get out from behind the desk and actively build business
