Job Description

Activated Concepts is a community-based provider delivering trauma-informed services across mental health, disability, family support and more. We seek a Team Leader to oversee a broad disability support caseload in Newcastle and the Hunter region, bringing specialist focus in high intensity medical supports or youth and adolescent support.
