We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant / Sterilisation Assistant to join our friendly team at a small, 3-chair country dental practice in Beaudesert.
This is a casual position , offering approximately 2–3 days per week . Experience in dental assisting or sterilisation is preferred, but not essential, as training can be provided for the right person.
About the role
- Assisting the dentist during procedures
- Sterilising and preparing instruments
- Maintaining infection control standards
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Supporting the team with general clinical duties
- Helping ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for
About you
- Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Is reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Works well as part of a small team
- Is willing to learn and follow procedures
- Has previous dental or sterilisation experience, although this is not essential
- This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a friendly, close-knit practice and is looking for casual work in a supportive country workplace.
