Your Role

- Generate and win new business
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify client workforce needs and provide recruitment solutions
- Manage the full sales and account management cycle
- Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver quality candidates

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years' experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or labour hire
- Strong communication,



negotiation, and business development skills
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Own laptop and mobile phone
