WE’RE HIRING | Territory Sales Manager, Foodservice & Hospitality

Tony & Mark’s Direct is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our Sales team and take ownership of a fantastic territory across the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale.

This is not just a traditional sales role.

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate and understands food, hospitality and relationships.

I’m not only looking for someone with a traditional sales background.

You could be a Chef, Sous Chef, Head Chef, F&B; professional or someone who has spent years in hospitality and is now ready for a current and challenging chapter.

If you understand food, know hospitality, love connecting with people and have the drive to build strong relationships and grow a territory, I want to hear from you.

For me, the right person will be someone who:

- Loves food and understands the hospitality industry• Builds genuine relationships, not transactional ones
- Has the confidence to talk to customers, ask the right questions and back themselves
- Looks for solutions and solves problems instead of stopping at “no”
- Brings positivity and motivation to the team and to every customer interaction
- Is commercially minded and enjoys finding opportunities
- Is proactive, organised and follows through
- Takes ownership and is accountable for their territory




- Loves being out with customers, learning about their businesses and helping them succeed
- Wants to be part of a team that supports each other, pushes each other and grows together.
