We are seeking motivated & experienced skilled labourer / all-rounderwith hands-on experience inconstruction. You will provide essential support to tradespeople and supervisors on active construction sites. Duties include manual labour, materials handling, assisting with concrete works, formwork support, demolition, site preparation and clean-up, and operating hand tools and small plant.
You will play a key part in maintaining productivity and ensuring occupational health and safety compliance across all work activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting trades including carpenters, concreters, formworkers, and fit-out crews
n
- Manual handling of tools and materials
n
- Site preparation and clean-up
n
- Assisting with demolition and strip-out works
n
- Use of hand tools and light machinery
n
- Spotting and plant guidance
n
- Ensuring safe work practices and site compliance
n
- Construction IndustryWhite Card
n
- Minimum 12 months of general construction labouring experience required
n
- Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling
n
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
n
- Commitment to safe work practices
n
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently
n
- Full Australian work rights are required for this position
