Liquid Filling Australia is an Australian contract manufacturer specialising in the manufacture, filling and packing of liquid and powder products.

We support established businesses and emerging brands across the personal care, pet care, food and related consumer-product sectors. Our services include blending, filling, labelling, batch coding, packing and packaging procurement.

We are entering our next stage of growth and are looking for a capable, hands‐on Operations Manager to lead our production and warehouse operations.

n

Summary:

n

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of the secure, compliant, efficient and profitable operation of our manufacturing facility.

n

This is not a desk-based corporate role. You will maintain a strong presence on the factory floor, lead the production and warehouse teams, resolve day-to-day issues and improve the systems that support our growth.

n

Responsibilities:

- Developing and managing the production schedule
n
- Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and production priorities
n
- Leading and developing production and warehouse employees
n
- Monitoring output, labour efficiency, downtime, yield and wasteEnsuring jobs are properly prepared before production begins
n
- Improving inventory accuracy and warehouse organisation
n




- Coordinating equipment maintenance and production readiness
n
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance
n
- Investigating production problems and implementing corrective actions
n
- Supporting HACCP, APVMA, GMP and other applicable quality systems
n
- Driving continuous improvement across production and warehouse operations
n
- Reporting operational performance, risks and priorities to the CEO
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Production or operations leadership experience within personal care, pet care, food, cosmetic or a closely related FMCG manufacturing environment
n
- Proven experience in liquid or powder manufacturing, filling, packing, contract manufacturing or co-packing
n
- Experience managing multiple production runs, changeovers and client-specific requirements
n
- Strong production planning, labour-management and problem-solving skills
n
- Experience leading production employees, supervisors or leading hands
n
- A sound understanding of quality, traceability and workplace safety requirements
n
- The ability to use production data to improve labour efficiency, output, yield and equipment utilisation
n
- A practical, visible and accountable leadership style
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Experience with HACCP, GMP, APVMA, inventory systems, warehouse management or filling and packing equipment will be highly regarded.
