Job Description

Jetstar is seeking a Manager, Crew Systems & Business Analysis in Melbourne to lead a specialist team across systems, optimisation and business analysis within the Workforce Planning function. You will deliver insights, scenario modelling and recommendations to support critical crew decisions for a workforce of ~4,000 people and ensure core planning systems are optimized.
