We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Administration Trainee to support our workshop operations in Warrnambool .

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer telephone calls, respond to basic enquiries and greet customers
- Assist with general administration and reception duties
- Assist with data entry, invoices, filing and document preparation
- Support sales administration and customer paperwork
- Assist with scheduling appointments and workshop bookings Learn and follow dealership systems, procedures and workplace practices

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Positive communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
