Role Description This is a full time remote role for an AI Lecturer/Trainer at Square1 Ai. The role involves designing and delivering live and recorded AI-focused courses for school, university, professional, and corporate learners, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives.

The AI Lecturer/Trainer will create curriculum materials, practical exercises, and real-world projects that integrate AI tools and concepts, and collaborate with the product and content teams to optimize AI-generated study resources.

Responsibilities include assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and using platform analytics to personalize learning paths. The role also includes contributing to community activities, such as workshops,



competitions, and Q&A; sessions, and supporting research and corporate training initiatives related to AI and emerging skills.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with practical experience applying AI concepts in real-world projects.
- Experience in teaching, training, or instructional design, preferably in online or hybrid environments, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Proficiency with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Python-based ML frameworks, generative AI tools, educational AI platforms) and an interest in AI-powered learning technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including the ability to engage learners, provide individualized feedback, and support collaborative learning.
- Ability to design structured curricula, assessments, and project-based learning experiences that align with learning outcomes and industry expectations.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across content, product, and research.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Education Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with corporate training, professional certification programs, or startup mentoring is an advantage, as is prior work in edtech or learning science research.
