What you will be doing

Residential service work across greater Sydney — maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs. You will work autonomously in the field with structured systems behind you and technical leadership available when you need it.

- Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems
- Scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing




- Explain the problem and the fix clearly to customers
- Keep accurate job notes and documentation
- Uphold quality and safety standards on every job

What we are looking for

• Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)

- Proven residential HVAC service experience
- Solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Current Australian driver's licence

• Someone customers trust in their home — clear communicator, tidy work, on time

The full package

• $40–$50 per hour + superannuation

- Monthly performance bonuses (OTE $2,000–$10,000 per month)
