About the role An exciting opportunity for 2nd-4th Year Electrical Apprentices to join the team at Powell Renewable Energy in Sydney. If you're a switched-on apprentice looking for a great team, plenty of work and the chance to get hands-on experience with an established company, specialising in renewable energy for over 10 years we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with solar panel installation
- Working on roofs and at heights
- Learning from experienced electricians and installers
- Keeping worksites clean, safe and organised.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken
What we're looking for
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Working at Heights Certificate or willing to obtain
