Mitre Recruitment are working with ERA Architects, a boutique studio based in South Melbourne. They require an Architectural Technologist/Project Coordinator to join their close-knit team to take a lead role on projects. You will have responsibility for the delivery of Car Show Rooms, Aged Care and commercial projects.
In this role you will work closely with clients, end to end, to ensure your projects are delivered efficiently, within budget and meeting the client's requirements. You will take a mentorship role within the team helping to develop junior staff and reporting to the Director and Senior Associate.
This is a full time role and will be based in the studio in South Melbourne. The office is close to park lands and has trams close by and there are multiple parking options in the surrounding area if you choose to drive.
As the ideal candidate you will have strong technical skills using Revit, Enscape and Photoshop. You will be an independent Revit user, being able to set up models from scratch for team-oriented use. As a leader and mentor,
you will be able to guide your team and answer technical questions regarding Revit and also construction detailing.
Your experience will mean you can produce high quality detailed construction documentation in the Commercial projects sector. This knowledge will be based in Concrete, Glass and Steel construction with particular expertise in Steel Detailing. You will also have experience in Design and Town Planning and be able to navigate the Planning regulations nationally.
Overall, you must possess a high level of experience in design, documentation, and contract administration on Automotive projects. This must Include a clear understanding of, and experience in, the implementation of corporate brand identity for international automotive manufacturers.
