· Accounting Knowledge – Understanding of financial principles, accounting

· Financial Reporting – Ability to prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements.

· Accounts Payable & Receivable – Processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and handling collections.

· Bank Reconciliation – Matching transactions and resolving discrepancies.

· Proficiency in Accounting Software – Experience with MYOB and Adept.

· Excel & Data Analysis – Solid spreadsheet skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).

· Attention to Detail – Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and reconciliations.

· Time Management – Handling multiple deadlines, month-end closures, and financial audits.

· Communication & Teamwork – Liaising with auditors, finance teams, and external stakeholders

Experience:

· Education – Degree in Accounting, Finance.

· Work Experience – Minimum 3 years in an accounting or finance role, in corporate accounting and BAS preparation.

· Direct reporting line to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)





· Assisting in supervising junior accounting staff.

· Month-End & Year-End Closing – Assisting with reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.

· General Ledger Management – Posting transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Completing company’s Cash Flow on daily basis.
- Assisting in preparing compliance – ready balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Apply advanced spreadsheet skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modelling) for data analysis and reporting.
- Handle multiple deadlines, month-end closures, and financial audits efficiently.
- Utilising tools like MYOB, Adept, and computer-based accounting system for financial Management.
- Monitoring and evaluating company’s revenue stream and operational expenditures.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
