An exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Retail Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of established retail stores.
We are looking for a strong retail operator who can drive sales, develop store teams and ensure consistently high standards across the region .
The Role
- Drive sales, budgets and store KPIs
- Lead, coach and support Store Managers
- Conduct regular store visits and improve performance
- Manage wages, stock, shrinkage and profitability
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
- Support recruitment and performance management
- Ensure company policies and operational standards are maintained
The position has responsibility for the overall profitable performance of the stores within the region.
About You
You will have proven multi-site retail management experience and be a hands-on, commercially focused leader who enjoys being out in stores and working with your teams.
Experience within homewares, fashion, lifestyle or specialty retail would be highly regarded.
