About the Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring inventory availability and supply continuity across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing inventory replenishment and supply planning activities
- Coordinating purchasing from local and international suppliers
- Monitoring and maintaining open purchase orders
- Working closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply outcomes
- Supporting international freight and import activities
- Identifying supply risks and proactively implementing solutions
- Developing supplier performance reporting and maintaining solid supplier partnerships
- Sourcing products through Twin Disc's global distribution network
- Supporting budgeting and cost control initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement projects across supply chain processes




- Collaborating with Sales, Service, Parts, Administration, and Management teams to meet customer demand
- Supporting the development of team capability and operational excellence
- Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, inventory, or logistics coordination
- Strong inventory planning and purchasing knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You combine solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Highly organised with exceptional planning skills
- A proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset
- Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Momentum Pro or similar
- Exposure to international suppliers and import processes
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, automotive, or related sectors
- Understanding of quality management systems and process improvement methodologies
