Demant invites applications for a Finance Offshoring Transition Specialist to lead the offshore transfer of finance processes and document end-to-end accounting workflows in the ANZ region. You will develop SOPs, train offshore teams, and oversee knowledge transfer and stabilisation.

You will also support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany work, and enforcement of IFRS policies while driving process improvements across the finance function.
