This opportunity is with a well-established boutique practice seeking a Lawyer with at least 2+ years PAE to join a close-knit team with genuine longevity.

Shape the role around the work you enjoy

- There is flexibility to build the position around your experience and interests. The practice has a generalist mix of work, with access to work across retail and commercial leasing, commercial law, wills, estate planning and estate administration available. Want to do some Family Law? Great!
- You may want to concentrate predominantly on leasing and commercial work. You may prefer to develop further in wills and estates. Or you may enjoy the variety of working across both. The firm is open to all three.

- This is a boutique environment where you will have direct access to experienced lawyers, genuine ownership of your work and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients.
- You will not be one person among dozens in a large team. Your contribution will be visible, your relationships will matter, and there is scope to become an important part of the firm as the practice continues to grow.
- For a more experienced lawyer, there is room for autonomy and greater responsibility. For someone earlier in their career, there is access to experienced practitioners and the opportunity to continue building robust technical foundations.
- The role will also give you the opportunity to manage your own files and client relationships, work closely with senior practitioners where matters require it, and become involved in networking and business development as your practice develops.

- Flexible arrangements are available, including four-day working weeks or alternative hours , with hybrid arrangements able to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
