Pepe's Ducks is seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety Officer to join the HR team. The role covers farming, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and dispatch across NSW operations and reports to the HR Manager.
The successful candidate will maintain records, manage incidents, support WHS policies, and coordinate Workers Compensation and Return to Work programs, with a focus on a protected workplace culture and compliance.
