Job Description

Mind Australia Limited is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for a permanent part time role in the Sunshine area, Victoria. The position involves 24/7 rotating roster with sleepover shifts, delivering recovery‐oriented support to adults with psychosocial disability, funded through NDIS packages.

You will work within a home‐like SDA housing setting, providing one-to-one and group supports, building daily living skills and community connections as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
