Multiple Opportunities - Business Development Executives | Brisbane CBD
n 701 Recruitment is currently recruiting multiple Business Development Officer positions for a leading provider of sustainable waste management solutions across Australia.
n Based in Brisbane CBD, these are predominantly on-the-road Business Development roles, focused on getting out in the field, meeting prospective clients, building relationships and generating new business. This is not an office-based BD position — you will be out meeting businesses, door knocking, attending appointments and developing new opportunities across Queensland.
n We are looking for self-motivated, confident and driven individuals who enjoy being out on the road, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
n Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
n
- Conduct cold calling, door knocking and face-to-face client meetings
n
- Regularly travel to meet prospective and existing clients
n
- Identify customer needs and develop tailored waste management solutions
n




- Develop an understanding of the waste industry and relevant disposal regulations
n
- Generate solution-focused proposals aligned with customer requirements
n
- Develop new business opportunities across Queensland
n
- Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
n

About You:

n

n
- Experience in sales, business development or customer service
n
- Confident, proactive and motivated personality
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Comfortable with cold calling, door knocking and generating new business
n
- Enjoys an on-the-road role with regular client visits and face-to-face meetings
n
- Solution-focused with a qualified approach
n
- Industry experience in waste, industrial, medical or pharmaceutical is advantageous
n
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check
n
