The Grumpy Baker is a well-established cafe and bakery, proudly serving our community for over 20 years with multiple locations across Sydney. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Manager to lead our team at a number of our locations across Sydney.

We're seeking someone passionate about hospitality and leadership to take it to the next level.

- A natural leader with strong hospitality and barista experience (both are essential!)

- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A team player who is also confident making decisions and leading from the front

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Leading and mentoring a passionate team
n
- Managing stock, ordering, and minimising wastage
n




- Overseeing quality control and food presentation
n
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met
n
- Creating and managing staff rosters
n
- Maintaining smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen
n
- Making top-quality coffee and working the register
n
- Setting up attractive product displays
n
- Keeping service areas clean, tidy, and welcoming
n
