We are working with a data centre business is growing its Capital Markets function in Sydney and looking for an Associate to help support debt funding and project finance activity across its infrastructure platform.

This is a robust opportunity for someone with a debt or corporate finance background — from a bank, advisory firm, or corporate treasury/finance role — who has had some exposure to infrastructure or asset-backed financing and wants to build a career in project finance within a fast-growing, global business.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the structuring and execution of debt financing for large-scale infrastructure and data centre projects
- Assisting with lender due diligence, financial modelling, and credit papers




- Working closely with senior Capital Markets and Finance stakeholders on live transactions
- Gaining exposure to a rapidly growing digital infrastructure and renewable energy platform

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years' experience in debt capital markets, corporate/leveraged finance, project finance, or a related banking/advisory role
- Some exposure to infrastructure, energy, or asset-backed financing is highly regarded (not essential — a generic debt/corporate finance background is welcome)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Sydney based, or open to relocating
