Key responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee with consistency and speed
- Confidently adjust grinders and maintain quality under pressure
- Stay fast, consistent, and friendly - even during a brunch rush
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating genuine connections with guests
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and seamless service
About you
- 2+ years of barista experience in a similar position
- Confident adjusting grinders and maintaining quality under pressure
- Fast, consistent, and friendly service - even during busy periods
- Available 4-5 days per week, including weekends
- Passionate about coffee and engaging with people
- Strong customer service skills with ability to create genuine connections
- Team player with positive attitude
