- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Barista experience
- Experience in front of house roles
- Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
