We are looking for an experienced and energetic full-time waiter to join our friendly front-of-house team. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a quick-paced restaurant, enjoys working with people and knows how to deliver warm, attentive service.
About the Role
As part of our front-of-house team, you will:
- Understands espresso extraction.
- Can dial in a grinder.
- Understands dose, yield and extraction time.
- Can identify under-extracted and over-extracted coffee.
- Can consistently produce quality espresso.
- Understands café recipes and follows them accurately.
- Friendly and welcoming.
- Confident communicating with customers.
- Understands the importance of accuracy.
- Handles complaints professionally.
- Maintains a positive attitude during busy periods.
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience working as a barista in a busy restaurant
- Is confident managing their own section
- Has excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Is reliable, well presented and highly organised
- Brings energy, personality and a positive attitude to every shift
- Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a team
- Is available to work a full-time roster, including evenings and weekends
- Holds a current NSW RSA certificate
