We are seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) on a Casual/Contractor basis for IZA Allied Support Care.
Key responsibilities include
- Conducting functional behaviour assessments.
- Developing, implementing and reviewing Behaviour Support Plans.
- Providing proactive, person-centred and least-restrictive strategies.
- Collaborating with participants, families, support workers and professionals.
- Providing guidance and training to support teams.
- Maintaining quality documentation and compliance with NDIS requirements.
About You: Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Counselling or a related field, with solid communication and report-writing skills. Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and disability services is required. ? Apply: Send your CV and cover letter to
